About Zoe Dixon
I have worked in the area of Counselling Psychotherapy for the past 10 years. In my private practice, I work with Adolescents (12 years+), their Parents/Guardians, Adults and people with disabilities.
I have an integrative humanistic approach to therapy, whereby the client leads the way on their own healing journey and I walk alongside them through that journey.
The main areas that I work with are: Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Sexuality, IVF, PND, Relationship Difficulties, Parenting, Parental Separation, School Refusal, Bullying, Poor Mental Health, OCD, Difficult Life Transitions, Low Self-Esteem, ADHD and ASD.
